Suggested features for making Twitter better:
* Charging 1 dollar monthly for having a verified account, but offering in it an attractive additional privilege, apart from the credibility that verification gives, in such a way that most users get verified, instead of a minority.
* That privilege can be the right to have twenty pages in the account, besides a profile.
Users without verification, will be able to have only one page or the profile per account, like until now. And in many cases will have less credibility.
* Every user can have only one verified account, but in that account has right to have at least twenty pages (as if s/he had twenty current accounts).
* Every verified user can get the right to have other twenty pages by paying one more dollar monthly. And in this way they can get to have an unlimited number of pages, all of them in one verified account, with one email address or/and one telephone number.
* That buyable or achievable right to have other twenty pages will have an especial name, as, for example, "Twinty".
(Although it is true that Facebook allows to have an unspecified number of pages freely, there are no free speech there.)
* Every verified account will have a profile, with a name that can be the real one or not (a pseudonym). However,
* In the verification process, the user will have to show to Twitter an ID card with a worldwide unique key, making impossible to have in Twitter more than one verified account.
* Twitter will automatically assign to every user a unique number for identifying them.
* This number will always be published in the profile, below the name, with small but clearly distinguishable characters.
In this way, any homonymous accounts will be rapidly distinguishable between them.
* Every page will always show the name of the profile to which pertain, below its title, with smaller characters, and including link to it.
Donation of Twinties
* Any user (verified or not verified) will be able to pay Twinties for other user(s), this is to say, donating them to another user(s) chosen by them, by the donators.
* Every user will be able to ask any other user for a donated Twinty, by means of a button.
* Every user will be able to ask any other user for [donated] Twinties a unlimited number of times, and every user will be able to give Twinties an unlimited number of times to any other user, and a unlimited number of Twinties at a time, every time, any time.
* Every user will be able to deactivate their button for receiving requests for a Twinty, from anyone or from some selected user(s).
* Any user will be able to offer [donations of] Twinties to any other user(s), through a button for that.
* Every page and profile will include,
on the right side of the links "Following" and "Followers", also links to other three subpages: "Twinties", "Twintting" and "Twinttiers".
The subpage "Twinties" will show how many Twinties the user have, links to all the pages they have published of every Twinty, separated and grouped by Twinty. Every Twinty will show the starting date and, when applicable, the name of the donator and link to their profile.
The subpage "Twintting" will show links to the profiles of all other users to whom the user have paid some Twinty or Twinties, and links to the pages whose publication the user have paid for those other users, separated and grouped by Twinty and by every other user.
The subpage "Twinttiers" will show links to the profiles of all other users from whom the user have got paid some Twinty or Twinties, and links to the pages whose publication the user have got paid from those other users, separated and grouped by Twinty and by every of these other users.
* Not verified users will be able to ask others for donations of Twinties, and to receiving offerings of them, but to be able to receive them they will have to get verified.
* Not verified users also will have to get first verified to be able to give other user a Twinty.
* Every user, verified or not verified, will be able to create up to five project pages, not publishable but until they get some Twinty from somebody else. These project pages will be only visible, as such ones, by the users requested for Twinty, in order to show what it is wanting to publish with the Twinty asked for.
Benefits and psychological motivations
With the possibility of getting and giving Twinties, many users will be proud of showing that many other people are being helped, by their patronage, to express themselves, and to be creative and to influence other people to take a path that they regard as leading to the progress of many other people.
On the other side, many people will feel proud of showing that others are finding interesting and useful their publications, and for that reason they are giving them Twintties.
And of course other people will feel proud of letting see others that they have some Twintties without having to get them from others.
Of course, to pay two or three dollars per month is not much, but to have and manage many pages and at one time being able to pay for that right, is to catch attention.
Most Twitter's users will not have more than a few pages, and in reality just a minority of them will request more than one Twinty. However, most users will need a verified account in order to become more trustworthy and, thus, increasing their ability to influence. And many of this majority will have not enough economic resources to pay for the verification. They will need that someone else helped them in it. And many people surely will do.
This will be a way to stimulate the aid from people with more to with less economic resources. And people will do it if convinced about Twitter is truly a project contributing importantly to the progress of the whole World; not as a charity platform, but essentially as an enterprise really performing a honest and effective work for attaining understanding, harmony and progress for all human beings.
Moreover, this will also be a stimulus to increase substantially the union between people with similar interests, and to increase or maintain a engagement between them.
Furthermore, this engagement and need to get each month a renewal of the patronized Twinty will stimulate, in many, to raise, to maintain and to improve their activities on Twitter.
How to eradicate the unjust censorship
Besides the immense and systematic censorship that Twitter is currently unjustly committing still, other huge part of the censorship on this Website does not come from Twitter, this is to say, directly from the company, from its rules and moderators, but from many of its users directly, and thus indirectly from Twitter, being this way this company an accomplice of that censorship, by moreover allowing that enormous abuse against free speech.
In this way, we can reasonably to think and (at least in some places out of that microblogging and social networking website) to say that Twitter is being hypocritical or at least acting with a very weak and deficient, and thus very harmful and unacceptable, engagement for freedom of speech.
For example, many very corrupt and criminal Governments in the World are presenting through Twitter (and many other sites on the Internet) a diametrically opposed to reality image of theirself. They are international criminals whose modus operandi is to lie, to hide a criminally abusive reality and to deceive millions of people around the entire World.
These so vile actions are in itself a crime against humanity.
As if this were not enough, when people try to show the contrasting reality in the pages on Twitter of these criminals, these simply block them, and this way "resolve" the problem.
Really in a certain (absurd and unjust) way it resolve it, because that undesirable people, victims of their unpunished crimes, simply even emigrate to other countries.
But this is not, of course, a true solution.
A clear concrete example of this is the genocide I have tried to show in the Twitter pages of their authors, the Government of Guadalajara, in Mexico, simply resulting in the fact that some key accounts of that criminal Government blocked all my Twitter accounts, and every new Twitter account of mine, and in this single way they until now continues committing the same, but increasedly, extremely serious crimes, massive generators of deaths and emigration to the United States, where these victims are revictimized, by other people who are accomplices of those crimes since its beginnings until its consequences.
I have also to speak about this in one of my urgent communications sent to OHCHR:
"My publications related to human rights, their violations and the truth about the actions of governments, are largely on my blog encompletoequilibrio.blogspot.com, to whose articles, usually documented with numerous first-hand archives, I link comments what I do in government profiles, as responses to their unfair or false tweets.
Thus, I show information with completely clear evidence (videos and photos) in profiles such as the government of Guadalajara and that of Jalisco; that of the mayor Pablo Lemus Navarro ( @PabloLemusN ) and that of the DIF Guadalajara ( @DIFGUADALAJARA ), among many others.
Although my Twitter profiles are of recent use in this, my activity in defense and dissemination of the truth is mainly a way to counteract the current very common and harmful phenomenon of social, cultural and political polarization that results from the fact that opposing sectors and from antagonistic orientations do not seek nor get presented but the publications that they want to see.
Politicians in Mexico systematically dedicate themselves to misinforming, deceiving and promoting ignorance and error, and therefore injustice and unfair inequality.
After my comments on those profiles, denouncing very serious human rights violations against thousands of people in Guadalajara, who are being deprived of their lives, tortured and deprived on a daily basis, the mayor's profile blocked there mine ( @Robert0Patron ).
And the DIF Guadalajara profile has blocked more than 15 accounts, mine and of some other people; which, with more space, I intend to specify publicly as well."
So, for the benefit of justice and welfare of everybody, it is indispensable to suppress the possibility of blocking any account from any other account simply by the arbitrary decision of a user, any user.
If a user want to block other user, must report them to Twitter, and a moderator of the company, on the basis of the Twitter's rules, will must to made about it a decision, but never directly any user.
Other form of censorship on Twitter is simply deleting an own tweet on which other user have made a comment with which we disagree, or we dislike. It is necessary to say that this is also an extreme stupidity and a very clear injustice?
Any information, unjust and just, mistaken and correct and false or true, is essential for the progress of Humanity, and, therefore, must to be sacred to the human being. Totally respected as a fact and matter of knowledge, of the unjust thing, of the just thing, of the mistaken thing, of the correct thing, of the false thing and of the true thing, and never deleted, for no purpose at all.
Thence, in Twitter (and in any other place in the World) never anybody would have the possibility of deleting any information, any tuit, any comment any type of information, nor to hide it or make it private, but only modifying them, by editing it, or later publishing a different, even contrary, position about that.
So, Twitter would must suppress the possibility of deleting any new and old produced information, and to add the possibility of editing any own tweet after made, and preserving and making accessible, publicly, in each case the history of all the editions.
Any user which have got some Twinty from other user will be able to really (sincerely) change their position and later starting to use that Twinty for other purpose, and even contrary, than the originally intended or projected, in some way defrauding its Twinttier. And some other users will do it with the clearly bad intention, from the beginning, of making later that change.
Having any user access to the history of the activities of any requester of Twinty, the requested ones will be able to previously examine the information on it and to make a decision under their own responsibility.
Any user which have once committed that deception or lack of consequence of acts, will loss credibility and ability to deceive other people.
People will be in charge of resolving well that problem, but for it (and for any healthy activity in the website) first they need sufficient access to information about the other users.
Greater transparency, honesty and efficiency
In order to increase highly the confidence in Twitter, it is essential to enhance the transparency in its work.
It would be positively shocking to see all the activities of the staff when intercontacting with users being carried out in a total, and a stunning, transparency.
For this purpose, it will be need to create a fully public page of support, in which the Twitter staff attends users from especial profiles, not personal, as users of Twitter, but as employees, showing a high resolution profile picture, facing and looking the camera friendly, and showing also some other photos in the workplace and on their personal or/and family life.
Those profiles will also include some other information, like a brief presentation, interests, working hours.
Preferably, these employees will have also apart a personal profile, and possibly some page(s), on Twitter, linked from their working profiles, not with the aim of being harassed by users, but just like a sign of their own confidence and comfort in Twitter.
Every interaction of any employee with any user will be public by chatting in this page.
This will obviously increase the engagement of the staff and the entire company in a better performance, and, as a result, will increase as well the trust and satisfaction of users and clients.
Other way of increasing much more, in all respects, the trust in Twitter, is making public the complete source code of the software used in the entire Website, in such a manner that every process, activity, in this aspect, can be as predicted by any qualified programmer from the outside as by any specialist from inside; and, therefore, can be extremely trustworthy.
Important related projects
Among some projects I have, there are two intended for integrating to a social networking and making it much better.
One of them is for creating a new online video sharing and social media platform with incomparably more attractive features than YouTube or any other similar Website in the current World, which could be integrated to Twitter for making it much more attractive.
This will require the creation of a pair of very innovative software (fully feasible currently), which will make the experience of creating and sharing videos much better, much more creative and funny than currently, implying a true revolution in this field, and attracting a great amount of people from the entire World.
I plan to submit, separately, these two projects in Websites for getting investors, or propose them to Elon Musk.

I have a lot of another ideas for enhancing any social network, and I will add these posts and others also to another blog (How to create the best social media) intended to construct or carry out any social network until the maximum human ability to progress.
